2. Allgemeines

Diese Datenschutzerklärung informiert über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Rahmen der Nutzung dieser Android-Anwendung („App“).

Die App dient der Erfassung, Verarbeitung, Visualisierung und Weiterleitung von drahtlosen Messdaten (Wireless M-Bus) über einen externen Radio-Dongle sowie der optionalen geografischen Zuordnung dieser Daten.

3. Zweck der App

Die App ermöglicht insbesondere:

  •     Empfang von Wireless-M-Bus Nachrichten über einen Radio-Dongle
  •     Speicherung und Verarbeitung der empfangenen Messdaten
  •     optionale Entschlüsselung und Dekodierung mittels vom Nutzer hinterlegter AES-Schlüssel
  •     optionale Zuordnung von Standortdaten zu empfangenen Messpunkten
  •     Visualisierung der Daten auf einer Karte (OpenStreetMap)
  •     Export sowie Weiterleitung der Daten an vom Nutzer konfigurierte Zielsysteme

4. Verarbeitete Daten

Im Rahmen der Nutzung können folgende Daten verarbeitet werden:

4.1 Geräte- und Kommunikationsdaten

  •     Geräteinformationen (z. B. Modell, Betriebssystem)
  •     technische Kommunikationsparameter
  •     empfangene Wireless-M-Bus Telegramme
  •     Zeitstempel der empfangenen Nachrichten

4.2 Konfigurationsdaten

  •     vom Nutzer hinterlegte Zählerinformationen und optionale AES-Schlüssel
  •     konfigurierte Zieladressen für Datenweiterleitung
  •     App-interne Filter- und Exportkonfigurationen

4.3 Standortdaten (optional)

  •     GPS-Standort des Geräts zum Zeitpunkt des Empfangs
  •     Zuordnung von Standortdaten zu Messdaten/Zählern
  •     Speicherung zur späteren Visualisierung auf Karten

Die Standortverarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich, wenn sie durch den Nutzer aktiviert wurde.

5. Zweck der Datenverarbeitung

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zu folgenden Zwecken:

  •     Betrieb der App-Funktionalität
  •     technische Auswertung von Messdaten
  •     Visualisierung der Messpunkte auf Karten (OpenStreetMap)
  •     Export und Weiterleitung der Daten
  •     Fehleranalyse und Systemstabilität

6. Weiterleitung von Daten

Die App kann Daten über Netzwerkverbindungen an externe Systeme übertragen, sofern dies durch den Nutzer konfiguriert wurde.

Die Verantwortung für die Zielsysteme und die Datenverarbeitung dort liegt beim Nutzer bzw. der betreibenden Organisation.

Es erfolgt keine unautorisierte Übertragung von Daten durch die App.

7. Kartenmaterial (OpenStreetMap)

Für die Darstellung von Karten kann OpenStreetMap-Datenmaterial verwendet werden.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt lokal in der App oder durch Zugriff auf Kartendienste, abhängig von der Konfiguration.

8. Speicherung

Daten werden ausschließlich:

  •     lokal auf dem Gerät oder
  •     in vom Nutzer definierten Zielsystemen

gespeichert.

Eine zentrale Speicherung durch den Hersteller erfolgt nicht.

9. Sicherheit

Die App verarbeitet ggf. sensible Konfigurationsdaten (z. B. AES-Schlüssel) ausschließlich lokal.

Geeignete technische Maßnahmen schützen die Daten vor unberechtigtem Zugriff.

10. Berechtigungen

Die App kann folgende Berechtigungen verwenden:

  •     Zugriff auf USB-Geräte (Radio-Dongle)
  •     Netzwerkkommunikation
  •     Standortzugriff (optional, nur bei Aktivierung)
  •     Hintergrundausführung
  •     Speicherzugriff für Exportfunktionen

11. Keine Verarbeitung durch den Anbieter

Es erfolgt keine Verarbeitung oder Speicherung der Daten durch den Anbieter der App.

12. Rechte der betroffenen Personen

Betroffene Personen haben das Recht auf:

  •     Auskunft
  •     Berichtigung
  •     Löschung
  •     Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
  •     Widerspruch

Anfragen können an den oben genannten Verantwortlichen gerichtet werden.

13. Änderungen

Wir behalten uns vor, diese Datenschutzerklärung bei Bedarf anzupassen.
