The iU880B is a compact, cost–effective and bidirectional USB adapter for the 868 MHz frequency band integrating the LoRa® Radio Module iM880B-L. It can be connected to any Windows (VCP), Linux or MAC based to provide ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity whilst minimising current consumption.
The iU880B is compatible with two protocol stack; a LoRaWAN® compliant firmware and a proprietary LoRa protocol for Point to Point and Point to Multipoint.
The corresponding WiMOD Studios, a Windows/Mac application, provides a comfortable way to configure all physical parameters (frequency band, bandwidth, Dev Addr, NwkSKey, AppSKey…) as well as some sample application eg. Range Test.
